Your journey starts from Zurich, drive through the medieval town of Winterthur past the Rhine Falls. Continue along the banks of Lake Constance until you reach the charming city of St. Gallen, famed for its historic abbey and library. From St. Gallen, continue to the rolling hills of the Appenzell region. Make a short stop in Liechtenstein, one of Europe’s smallest countries before heading back to Switzerland. Continue to the ski resort town of Davos then drive through the Graubünden region until you reach the Ticino region.
From Lugano, head to Täsch then to the famous resort town of Zermatt. Continue to the French-speaking region of Switzerland until you reach the lovely town of Montreux located in Lake Geneva. Drive through the vineyards of Lavaux towards Gruyères. Enter the Bernese Oberland region until you reach Interlaken. You also have opportunities to explore the cities of Lucerne and the scenic Emmental region. Don't forget to divulge in delectable chocolate delights once you return to Zurich.
